01 General Terms & Introduction

Takebat (https://takebat.ws) is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh and beyond. By accessing or using the Takebat website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Takebat. Please read them in full before registering. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Takebat.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. However, Takebat always strives to keep the meaning consistent across both languages.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must ensure that online betting is not legally prohibited in the country from which you are registering.
• You must register using your own name and your own payment method.

Verification Process (KYC)

Takebat may verify your identity at any time and may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. KYC completion may be required before any withdrawal is processed.

Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and your balance may be forfeited. This is one of the most common reasons for terms and conditions violations on Takebat.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: 500 BDT (may vary depending on the method).
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

• Any delays due to technical issues will be resolved within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.

• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• The account used for withdrawals must match the account used for deposits.

04 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Takebat. Additional sport-specific rules may apply and can be found in the relevant section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in the system, Takebat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Odds & Results

Takebat's odds are market-driven and subject to change. Results are determined using internationally recognised data sources. In the event of a dispute, Takebat's decision is final.

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the stake will be refunded. However, if a result is officially declared under the event's own rules, Takebat will honour that result.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Takebat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following conditions apply generally:

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to 100% on your first deposit. A minimum wagering requirement of 10x must be met before withdrawal.
• Cashback: A set percentage of your weekly net losses is returned as cashback. Wagering requirements may vary.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The bonus will be activated after your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — specific conditions must be met first.

Takebat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Members participating in an ongoing promotion will be notified in advance.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Takebat platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using Takebat for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using third-party payment methods to conduct transactions.
• Harassing or using abusive language toward Takebat staff.

If Takebat suspects a user of engaging in prohibited activities, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. No withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Takebat may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If the user wishes to close their own account.
• If the user opts for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by sending a request to our support team via email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

08 Limitation of Liability

Takebat is not liable for losses arising from the following situations:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• If a delay occurs due to an error on the part of a third-party payment service provider.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence and accessed by a third party.

Takebat aims to maintain 99.9% uptime at all times. However, scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary service interruptions. We endeavour to provide advance notice in such cases.
